I’m a scientist. With a background in evolutionary psychology, I developed The Hack—a breakthrough framework for predicting compatibility and long-term human behavior. I’ll help you use it to your advantage in work, leadership, and life.
I have a unique cultural lens. I grew up in Utah as a devout Mormon with ten siblings before moving to New York City a decade ago. Seeking to understand these contrasting worlds led me to uncover a deeper truth: culture shapes everything. That realization became the foundation for The Hack, the only tool able to define and decode any culture with clarity.
I’m obsessed with emotional intelligence. In my past work training emerging leaders in the public health sector, I found that EQ—not IQ—was the strongest predictor of success. But when I couldn’t find a tool that helped people truly grow their emotional intelligence, I built one. That tool became The Hack.
Above all, I’m a truth seeker. I say what I see—and I won’t hesitate to call you out when you’re playing small or out of alignment with your values. I’m deeply energy-aware, which means you’ll have my full presence and attention throughout our time together. At the same time, I’ll be holding the highest possible intention for you, always guiding you toward the most powerful, honest version of who you’re here to become.
