I’m a scientist. With a background in evolutionary psychology, I developed The Hack—a revolutionary framework for predicting compatibility and long-term human behavior. I’ll help you use it to your advantage in work, leadership, and life.
I have a unique cultural lens. I grew up in Utah as a devout Mormon with ten siblings before moving to New York City a decade ago. Trying to make sense of those contrasting worlds led me to a deeper truth: culture shapes everything. That insight became the foundation for The Hack—the only tool that’s able to define and decode any culture with clarity.
I’m obsessed with emotional intelligence. In my past work developing emerging leaders in the public health sector, I found that EQ—not IQ—was the strongest predictor of success. When I couldn’t find a tool that helped people truly grow their emotional intelligence, I built one. That tool became The Hack.
My toolbelt is extensive. In addition to the tools I’ve created myself, I’ve spent decades collecting and refining approaches that allow me to tackle any challenge from multiple angles. I’m especially passionate about parts work (IFS) and the lasting transformations it creates for my clients. With over 15 years of experience cultivating psychological safety, I know how to create a non-judgmental space where real breakthroughs happen. In my experience, when someone isn’t meeting their goals, there’s always a valid reason why. Uncovering that why—and watching it open up an entirely new world—is the most satisfying part of the process for me.
